If items are in stock, most orders placed on a weekday will ship the following day. Orders placed during the weekend will generally ship on Monday. Although most orders ship out in one or two business days, between Thanksgiving and Christmas we are very busy, and, therefore, we ask that you allow two or three additional business days to ship. Second Day Air shipping will ship the same day if received weekdays before noon (Eastern Standard Time). Please keep in mind that UPS does not count weekends or holidays when calculating their shipping times.
Our 48-hour shipping commitment excludes weekends, holidays, closings due to extreme weather conditions and other related delays. Although we work hard to keep all our products in stock, occasionally out-of-stock items will delay your order. In this case, we will notify you when you place your order by phone, or you will be notified by email when you place your order via our website.
