Christmas present

This beautiful piece will be a Christmas present for my husband. It will be paired with a special Living Puppets Monk puppet for him to use with play with his grandchildren. He has always been enamored and fascinated with the Benedictine Monks, as we have a monastery in Snowmass, Colorado, closely connected with Father Thomas Keating, also one of his beloved authors. He has absolutely NO idea what I will be giving him! Can't wait!

Beautiful Medal

I am so very pleased with my St. Benedict medal. It is about 1 in diameter, so it is a nice, attractive size. On the back is a small bit of soil from Monte Cassino Abbey. The chain is long enough to place over my head without having to use the clasp. I am wearing this medal very often. It is beautiful and comforting.
