Julie & Clint are 5 ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️plus.
Where I think monastery greetings needs to improve, and lhis will cost
MG money.(I know during Christmas time you have a Crackerjax team to get all the yards out.)
As a suggestion, and only a suggestion they should have somebody when it's busy that they can call to come in and pay them a little more per hour to help with the packaging and one of their responsibilities would be to making sure the packages are picked up in a timely fashion, not sitting around three sometimes four days.I know Julie and Clint don't get paid much but they are the glue that holds this company together because they are the people who talk to the people like me and I've put in 6-7 orders in the last 12 days.
Yesterday, when I was talking to Clint to give him another order, I asked him the Fed Ex gift pkg. was on route to Benton, Arkansas.
Here it is Friday late morning I'm talking to Clint and he informed me that the two waters. I placed Wednesday morning we're still in the warehouse.. it's not Julie and Clint's problem. You have a distribution problem yesterday I called Spencer Abby Saint Joseph Abby and Spencer Massachusetts. I live Chihuahuas from them and I've been there and I spoke to the director brother John lovely gentleman about getting hot pepper Jelly back.he explained to me that requires the jams and jellies are made in Massachusetts. They could not make the hot pepper jelly and so they patent it with the company in Maine to make the pepper jelly. During Covid they have problems getting the all the ingredients and since Saint Joseph Sabe can't make it because the FDA won't approve it and they are at the mercy to find somebody else that can get the ingredients and it is timely to make.. But in the conversation with Brother Dominic, I asked if they sold Jim and jellies in their gift shop and they told me they do not. They leave that some monastery greetings and he also told me you do it for about 10 other Abby's.
So this isn't some small organization if you're doing it for 10 other organizations so therefore you should staff it appropriately I know a couple of times when I talk to Julie she was going back into the warehouse to package stuff so I'm sure they're overworked and underpaid very nice people, but I think honest every greeting should look ata a way to get the stuff packed within 24 hours. I can understand a Christmas time because you're overwhelmed, but I think you need a better system and then the post office doesn't show up. You need to have a good relationship or if you know the post office can deliver an extremely cold weather then call UPS or FedEx. Again I'm not complaining, but it's frustrating because you don't want Jams and jellies sitting in a warehouse, especially when it's below zero weather.
I appreciate all that you do if you can give Clinton Julie a raise I would suggest you do so and poor Clint yesterday when he was taking another order for me, his computer was so slow. You need to find somebody to look at his application and check out the algorithm shouldn't have taken that long. He was on the phone a long time with me because his computer was that slow. I'm trying to help you out here. I don't mean this is critical, but I'm talking as a paying Customer.. Have a nice day. Thanks for all you do and let's hope in the next year. The trap is get the hot Pepper jelly back optimistic because I gave the priest a couple of suggestions. They do have a young monk and he's an IT wizard so perhaps he can put something on Instagram or some other place and get a company a small company that would be willing to make the hot pepper jam.. Thank you.
It's 15 below zero in BOSTON today, Saturday, January 31 I'm on my way out, and it's on for I don't drive anymore.🌞🇺🇸
